We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Support/Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is an integral part of our operations, encompassing customer care, sales support, and general office administration duties. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders accurately and promptly, liaising with Sales Executives and customers to ensure availability, pricing, and shipping details exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to address order amendments or changes efficiently.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing courteous and helpful assistance.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding any changes to their orders and ensure their satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage tasks received through CRM, ensuring accurate pricing and customer details are maintained.
- Handle credit card payments and process invoices accurately.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including but not limited to scanning documents, order entry, and managing phones.
- Assist with office maintenance, bill management, and expense tracking related to Sales Executive activities.
- Utilize MS Excel, including pivot tables, to support data analysis and reporting tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years proven work experience in a customer service-related role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively via email, phone, chat, and across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with a sense of urgency to complete tasks efficiently.
- High School Diploma required
