Responsibilities

• Design and implement Millwork (Doors and door components) item file structure
• Maintain item naming, classification and attributes
• Maintain item pricing, costing and rebate programs
• Work with internal design team for Bill of Materials/Café logic
• Implement stock and special order items request processes
• Work with users to support business applications and define system solutions that are consistent with business strategies and interface with existing (internal and external) processes and systems.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and provide end-user software training.
• Requires specific knowledge of division procedures, products, policies, and programs.
• Duties may include testing new versions of division software packages, assisting with software problem research and resolution, and providing input for proposed software modifications within the area of expertise.
• Communicate at a high level with customers regarding process flow.

Qualifications 

Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years’ experience with hardware or software experience.
