Guest Relations Associate - Weekends Only - Riley Hospital

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Guest Relations Associate

  • Location: Riley Children’s Hospital
  • Schedule: PRN, Weekends, 3:00pm – 11:00pm, Some availability during week nights (ideal candidate must be flexible)

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Set the tone for an exceptional experience by welcoming all guests to our organization in a friendly, helpful manner.
  • Serve as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-to-date information and giving directions to areas within the hospital and any adjoining medical facilities.
  • Be responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization.
  • Requires a concierge level customer service attitude at all times.

What You Will Need:

  • A High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred..
