Your Role:
  • Under the Director/Comp and Benefits’ direction, performs a variety of support tasks within Compensation and Benefits Administration
  • Interacts directly, via telephone, or email with colleagues to provide information on the Compensation, Retirement, and Benefit Programs offered by Tallahassee Memoral HealthCare Inc.(TMH)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY:
* This role is on site in Tallahassee, FL*

Required Education:
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • HR may accept two (2) years of related professional work experience in lieu of the required education.
Required Experience:
  • Human Resources Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office, (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities using formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookup
  • Willingness to attend MS Office classes on or off-site to enhance MS Office skill level
  • High attention to detail and data integrity
  • Knowled of Human Resources Systems (HRIS)
  • Ability to learn new systems and tasks
  • Ability to administer and interpret TMH policies, procedures, and operations accurately and effectively
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communiation and presentation skills(to communicate and interact professionally and effectively(both orally and in writing) with management, co-workers, colleagues, and external sources)
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • Willingness to be flexible

Preferred Experience:
  • Knowledge of Compensation practices
  • Healthcare experience
  • General understanding of HR Management principles and practices; and federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Exposure to organization's current HRIS system or a similar HRIS system
  • Certified Compensation Professional(CCP), Professional in Human Resources(PHR), and/or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional(SHRM-CP) credential(s).
