Description & Requirements

Maximus is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Oklahoma! This position is responsible for working closely with several management teams to support Oklahoma SoonerCare Program Staff and office.

This is a Full-time permanent position where worker will work onsite.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate data and reports.
  • Work assigned reports on a regular basis to identify necessary fixes or work-arounds.
  • Make recommendations to improve processes.
  • Ensure assignments are current and include proper documentation.
  • Use various tracking tools to record assignments, processes and defects.
  • Review, research and audit system results.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize on-site and virtual events in partnership with leadership
  • Track necessary data as assigned in support of day to day operations
  • Process purchase orders for the project
  • Manage equipment and office supply inventories
  • Complete other general administrative tasks as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have previous administrative work experience
  • Must be willing to work onsite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong people skills preferred
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
