Parts Specialist

We are looking for Customer Service oriented, experienced parts specialists for our Parts Departments.

** Greets and assists customers with parts ordering and fulfillment.

** Works with technicians to provide parts to complete diagnosis and repair of vehicles.

** Manages inventory with attention to detail.

** Maintain and update all training and certifications with manufacturers .

** Places special orders for parts.

** Meets departmental production and profitability goals.

** Answers the phone promptly and consistent with dealership guidelines.

** Maintains CSI at or above dealership standards.

** Assists in taking inventory.

** Provides pricing and product information to customers.

** Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.

Requirements:

Have the ability to strive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Be highly motivated to train and learn
Pass pre-employment qualifications such as a Criminal Background Screening, Motor Vehicle Record Check, Employment Verification, and Functional Capacity Exam/Drug Screen.
Working knowledge of automotive parts.
Computer skills.
Communication skills.
