Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their insurance needs and offer customized solutions via phone, email, and in-person.

In-Person Sales: Assist customers in-person, providing information on available insurance policies and helping them choose the right coverage.

Policy Management: Maintain accurate records of customer policies and ensure timely updates when necessary.

Claims Handling: Guide clients through the claims process, offering support and assistance in filing claims.

Customer Service: Provide excellent service to all clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on insurance products and industry trends to effectively communicate options to customers.

Requirements

Licensing: Candidate must posses, or be willing to obtain, a MN and WI Property and Casualty Producer license within 90 days of employment.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous but not required. We are willing to train a motivated candidate.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.

Goal-Oriented: A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding client expectations.

Customer Service-Oriented: Must be committed to accuracy and detail and possess strong customer service skills.

Professionalism: Present a polished and professional image while representing the agency to clients and prospects.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
