Job Description

Details: This is a patient facing position. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, personable, and has a caring attitude! This position will work full-time, Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm. No weekends and no holidays!

What you will do:

Ensures effective operations of the department by coordinating schedules, providing accurate reports and correspondence, inputting database information and filing, and maintaining confidentiality of information. Answers routine inquiries received from visitors and refers others as appropriate. Monitors supply inventories and completes and forwards purchase orders to replenish supply levels.

What you will need:

High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience; health care setting a plus.
  • Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
