We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to support the strategic growth of our alliance channel partnerships to accelerate inbound referrals, relationship expansion, co-selling with partners, and joint wins in the Neudesic Central Region. This involves working with Microsoft - our key alliance partner - and other alliance relationships including Databricks, Profisee, and more. As a key position among our energetic team of alliance professionals, you will play a crucial role in establishing Neudesic as the preferred business and technology consulting partner in the Central United States.


In this role, you will be responsible for driving Neudesic and joint Neudesic/IBM channel-facing GTM (Go to Market) initiatives and channel selling strategies that raise Neudesic awareness, stimulate inbound referrals, and accelerate regional sales and revenue growth. This position will partner with the national alliance team to understand our client's business pain points and package / launch unique solutions into partner channels to meet their business needs. Additionally, you will support Central Region account teams with partner funding acquisition, ongoing sales enablement, and channel engagement strategies.


To succeed in this role, you must have a background in alliances and GTM efforts in the technology space, with experience working at or with Microsoft. You must also be able to understand and ascertain the key metrics and business needs of our channel partners and convert this knowledge into strong positioning and engaging messaging to drive introductions and long-term relationships. Knowledge of cloud technologies, Data & AI (Artificial Intelligence), App Innovation, Migration, Modernization, and more is also paramount to success. This position is a hybrid position and preference will be given to candidates located near our core office locations, including Dallas, Houston or Denver.



Responsibilities:


  • Jointly establish and drive initiatives with the regional account teams, management and national alliance/marketing team, and report progress toward goals to senior leadership at the corporate and regional levels.
  • Enhance relationships with Microsoft, Profisee, Databricks, and other partners to position Neudesic as a preferred partner, increase co-selling, and drive inbound referrals, pipeline, and sales.
  • Support joint Neudesic / IBM / Microsoft GTM campaigns, business development workshops, presentations, and more.
  • Conduct Neudesic regional account team sales enablement support and solution selling across all practice areas and verticals.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and the Neudesic marketing team to align GTM strategies and execute campaigns with Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
  • Drive partner-facing demand generation and messaging to foster alliance relationships, increase referral pipeline, and expand Neudesic visibility in partner channels
  • Demonstrate mastery of alliance programs, funding programs, and key partner processes to support regional lead generation, tactical co-selling, and conversion into wins.
  • Work with regional market account teams, regional marketing/alliance leads and Microsoft to build public references and case studies.
  • Create impactful channel-facing content (data sheets, presentations, videos, and thought leadership) that clearly communicates the value and unique advantage of our solutions.
  • Establish, manage, and support a meeting cadence with Microsoft (and other alliance partners as needed).
  • Build relationships with regional sales teams to support daily activities and facilitate customized joint alliance partner marketing programs.
  • Serve as the main regional contact for all field alliance activities.
  • Partner with national teams to manage regional scorecard metrics for Microsoft and other key partners, and drive regional activities (internal and external) that align to overall goal achievement.



Success is measured by the following business metrics:


  • Pipeline development and revenue from key alliance channel partners, referrals, GTM efforts, and other lead generation initiatives.
  • Expansion of relationships within Microsoft, Profisee, Databricks, IBM, and other alliance channel partners.
  • Supporting the sales and revenue growth of the Neudesic Central Region account teams.
  • Developing case studies, win wires, landing pages, and other assets to support day-to-day selling, account team enablement, and GTM initiatives.
  • Supporting the broader alliance team to meet and exceed goals around Microsoft scorecard ACR (Azure Consumed Revenue), co-sell solutions, advanced specializations, and Microsoft funding aligned to key offerings.
  • Participating in regional leadership team meetings to provide recommendations for marketing and alliance activities based on market research, trends, and experience.



A typical candidate has:

  • Prior experience in Alliances, Sales and/or GTM offer development, specifically in the Microsoft Cloud(s)
  • Effective verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
  • Strong alliance relationship and marketing capabilities
  • Prior experience working with or within Microsoft teams preferred, either at corporate or regional/field level
  • Established relationships within the tech community with knowledge of partners, competitors, etc.
  • Excellent written communication skills, leadership, and executive engagement
  • Ability to travel up to 10-25%, depending on location



Preferred experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in consulting services or IT services
  • 5+ years’ experience in technology-focused alliances, marketing, or business development
  • 5+ years’ experience in major public cloud platform/product/services
