Member Duties : You will be empowering the community. The primary duty will be to design and implement engaging volunteer training programs that equip individuals for meaningful service. You'll actively recruit volunteers, helping them find roles that align with their passions and skills. Facilitating orientation will ensure recruits feel welcomed and informed about our mission. In addition, you'll develop resource materials to support volunteers and assist in evaluating programs through feedback collection. You will contribute to strategic planning, enhancing our volunteer engagement initiatives. You'll promote opportunities and do community. You'll also organize events to recognize and celebrate volunteer contributions. You’ll also maintain records of volunteer engagement, track progress, and advocate for needs of low-income populations, ensuring our programs effectively address those needs. Your efforts will help build a robust volunteer base, creating a stronger, more connected community.
